Dan is currently the CEO and Co-Chairman of MachineTrader.io Inc. Prior to MachineTrader, Dan served as CEO of Predictive Technology Systems which built the MachineTrader platform. In 2018, Dan co-founded Resolute Digital, a ground-breaking digital marketing agency that had 50 employees and $30MM in annual revenue at the time of its sale to Weber-Shandwick. Earlier in his career, he led the team that developed the first automated system for buying Google AdWords and was a pioneer of using technology to purchase online advertising. Dan also has deep experience in digital strategy and digital marketing and his technical skills include more than fifteen years of writing LAMP stack programs including PHP, MySQL, BigQuery, PERL, and Python. Dan is a lifelong entrepreneur and classically trained musician with a track record of starting and growing successful companies and building outstanding teams.
Jerzy Pawlowski serves as Chief Investment Officer of MachineTrader.io Inc. and brings years of experience in portfolio management to the team, including specialization in credit derivatives, emerging markets, and CDOs. In addition to his role at Predictive Trading Systems he teaches graduate courses in R for Finance and Algorithmic Portfolio Management at NYU. Jerzy earned his Ph.D. in Physics at University of Buffalo and a Master's in Physics from Jagiellonian University.
Jack Marhofer, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at MachineTrader.io Inc., is helping this FinTech startup grow and achieve our strategic goals. Jack is committed to providing financial leadership from securing capital to creating an integrated financial infrastructure that connects the entire virtual organization. His most recent position was as CFO of Resolute Digital, a digital marketing company, that was partially owned by the members of PTS. After Resolute Digital was sold to the Interpublic Group of Companies, he started his own firm, JAM CFO Services, and joined PTS. Prior to Resolute Digital, he was the CFO of Cleveland BioLabs, Inc., (NASDAQ:CBLI) where he successfully completed an IPO for a startup biotech firm and helped raise over $100M in equity investing and government funding. He was also Corporate Controller of Litehouse Products, Inc. a large pool and recreational products retailer and distributor in the Midwest. Mr. Marhofer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Marketing from Miami University and a Masters in Business Administration in Finance from Akron University.
Caroline has co-owned a business on the west coast of Turkey since 2011. She is building a team to provide customer support for the MachineTrader platform as the client base grows. Prior to moving abroad, she was a Senior Underwriter for Sun Life Financial in Wellesley Hills, MA. She holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Richmond.
